While the neighborhood isn't perfet, it is safe here. That is because the neighbors look out for each other. The staff will bend over backwards to help make you comfortable in your home if you let them know there are any problems. There is plenty of space, hot water and storage. They are constantly trying to make improvements. Rent price includes some utilities.

I wonder about who wrote the positive review. The management is weird. When I called the police on my neighbors after 3 hours of loud music the management gave me a hard time. They often talk negatively about their tenants too much.
