I have been here for 4 months now and the grounds is working on some pipes. We at the complex were never notified that we all would be without water at any given time. They have the audacity to put a christmas card on my door, but do not have the manners to lets us now that we are going to be with out water! Since we have baseboard heaters that use water, we also do not have any heat! I went to the office to see what was going on. The door was locked during business hours and there was a not on the door which stated" If you are wondering why you have no water, go around the corner and use the hose." ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME''!! This was in December. We were shut off from our utilities for days without notice, and when we got our bill, all of our rates went up, wothout notice as well. It is Jan 8th and I woke up this morning, you guessed it, NO WATER OR HEAT AGAIN! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
