For the price paid, you would expect much more from Lincoln Springs Apartments. You won't get it though. Shoddy workmanship is everywhere. There are so many things to replace that the maintainence crew is weeks behind schedule. Minor requests are not taken care of- if at all- for a very long time.
Nancy, the manager, is a class A con artist. She will seem amicable at first, but believe me when I tell you that she will screw you over. Certain things were promised pertaining to my rent, but when the time came to pay, guess what' Nancy forgot those promises and spun me a web of false information. She may seem nice, but you are warned!
In addition, the property is very noisy. Young children are everywhere, creating havoc. You will wake up at 6:30 every morning whether you like it or not.
