this is the worst experience ive ever had at apartments, i mean, you could hear every neighbor up, down, left, and right having sex (clearly) and arguing. The bathtub would clog up and leak into the neighbors bathroom below. Water would shut off unexpectedly at least 1-2 times a month. Maintenace will walk in your apt sometimes before you get a chance to answer your door. I got bedbugs here and management blamed it on myself , and i had so i had to throw away my brand new bed, pay for the disposal of my mattressto pay for someone to come in to the apartment and spray the carpet after i completely cleared out my bedroom, so i was sleeping on my couch for a month with pregnant wife, since i didnt have a bed. dont do it.
