When I first moved into the Lynmar Apts. over two years ago, I was impressed at the quality of the apartment for the price. It really was a great transition home. However, after a change in management this place has gone down hill fast. When you pull into the parking lot, you immediately see unkept lawns, trash all over the grounds, paint chipped stair wells, broken safety lights, and dirtiness everywhere. I have made suggestions to the management to hire a landscaping company to come and spruce the place up, I have complained about the trash and dirtiness, I have also requested that the broken glass from safety lamps be swept up and the lights be replaced. None of this has happened. The quality of tenants went from good working people, to illegal aliens, section 8 renters, and partying teens. The police have been out too much lately! If you are a hard working person, who enjoys a clean, safe place to live, do not move to the Lynmar Apartments.

I will like to know how you know who is there under section 8 and how you know who is an illegal alien? Seems like a stereotypical point of view and therefore your "review" is questionable. I just went today to look at apartments and the landscaping looked very well kept, no chipped paint and NO trash whatsoever. I don't know about the police complaints, partying teenagers or non-working safety lamps; but I'm sure I won't take your word for it.

What about section 8 renters?I work my butt off every day i am a single mother no child support doing it on my own.Im on section 8 and i dont think section 8 has anything to do with the quality of a apartment complex.I am very clean and respectful to my neighbors so dont use that as an excuse not everybody has perfect life.

I had lived at lynmar for 2 years with no problem. i was on the section-8 program.lynmar wants a 60 day notice b4 moving out housing only gave me less than thirty days claiming i was in over income. lynmar charges the extra 30 days of their full price rent which is ridiculous. i am a single mother, working and in school and everyone i talked to gave me therun around. BEWARE OF SHADY APTS THAT ROB PEOPLE.
