I have been here over a year and a half. I must admit that at first I was already hooked for I had friends that had lived here before. I have lived in Colo Springs for over 27 years off and on. I have watched the town of Colo springs grow (too large). So when I became divorced and needing to size down from house to apartment. I didn t hesitate to coming to Lynmar . The floor plans are what I most like. I am able not to live in a runway apartment Lynmars apartments have a lay out on there two bedrooms that I truly love. Bedrooms on opposite sides of the living area. Fortunately for me there was something else that lead me to wanting to rent there ....It is without a question the staff!
I was in a time of my life where I would question my safety ... and the staff made sure that I could count on their work that the place was well maintained and well watched as to the up keep of the location. They have done that then and have followed thru since then. That is why I have resigned my lease! I have now signed on for another year.
I am happy and very comfortable with the staff and the residents there!
I love the location and of course mentioned of the bedrooms on a two bedroom to be very nice . I have had family in and my guest like it too .
I would think this is good for the children as well they have a nice famly feel about them .
I who have my pets , love the dog area and the lighting is good at night for me to take them out in .
Lynmar is a place one can call I home ....I DO !
