When I first looked at an apt. at Lynmar, I was surprised. I thought for the prices of this complex we would get what we paid for... Sharon showed me and my family an apt. It was overall good! Once we decided to go ahead and move in we signed the lease all the while i was telling my husband that I didn't want to sign the lease without getting a look at the apt. we were signing for he assured me that we would be fine because of the apt. we had previously viewed. Well we signed the lease and got our keys came inside the apt. I was in shock... and it was too late beacause we had already signed. big stains on the carpet all over the apt. holes in the walls and water damage on the ceiling. After settling down for a few minutes I though since it was only a 1 yr. lease I figured we could live with it. Well all was alright until one day while removing clothes form my dryer I saw a mouse on the floor by my foot. Ofcourse I panicked (I DON'T DO RODENTS!). We let the office know and the maintenace guy came and brought traps...old school traps, As uncomfortable as I was especially having a child and a small dog in the house we let them do whatever they wanted. That was 1 month ago our problem with mice has gotten worse and now we have an awful smell in our apt. which we know is from a dead mouse. I've let the office know twice and still no one has come to remove the dead mouse. The price for a 3 bedroom in colorado springs is pretty reasonable but u dont get what u pay for. it's worse you get uninvited,non-rent paying, tenants who won't not only leave but won't get kicked out either. I'm pretty sure we'll be dealing with this until we move out. If your like me and dont like mice either then spend a little more money and don't deal with this apt. complex. The maintenance guy lives on the property and everytime I see him he's in his apt. U'll regret this move. Don't do it!

Screw you. You are lazy and must have had a filthy apartment. Clean up the crumbs on the floor and maybe you would not have such a mouse problem...oh by the way this is Colorado we do have lots of rodents. To much time on your hands? You sure do know how to play the blame game.
