apartment is very noisy with residents and their friends play boom-boom music in their apartments and when they come and go with their cars. on may 27, 2007 their was a visitor peeing (yes, peeing) in front of the building in the bushes right near a resident person's window. about a week and 1/2 prior a resident who has a wife and kids was drunk in the parking lot and he was taking a pee in the trees south of the parking lot. maintenance guy was phoned, but he turns his phone off at night. he doesn't like to make anybody mad at him. several druggies and alcoholics travel from other undesireable building into mason manor. there are also druggies and alcoholic's living there. about 1/3 of residents are undesireable, noisey, parties, parking in fire zone all the time. noisey in halls 11pm, 1am, 3am 5am, all times during day and night. there are several families who are child neglective. it is not a safe building. the management seems to be in denigal about the problems that exist. they would rather keep an undesireably noisey, alcoholic resident (they like the rent money) than to weed out undesireables. the front doors are constantly propped open late at night to let the undesireable neighbors in.
