My husband and I are professionals and lived here while our house was being built. We had to pay extra for covered parking and often would come home to find other vehicles parking in our spots. The office said it would wait 24 hours to tow the vehicle which obviously doesn't help the person paying for the spot!
The apartment was not ready when inspected. There were black marks all over the walls and pet hair on the wall in the bathroom. The leasing consultant thought I was over reacting when I complained about this.
The in-unit washer tied my sheets in knots and the drier took about 3 hours to dry a load of laundry.
New carpet was installed upon move-in, however, the pad must have not been replaced. After about 6 months, on humid days, the apartment would smell of cat urine. I would not invite our friends over because of this! One friend stopped by and before she stepped inside asked if we had cats! Yuck!
Pretty quiet place for the amount of military personnel that rent here.
Maintenance guy was good.
Even though the apartment was cleaner than when we left, we did not get all of our deposit back.
Supermarket was within walking distance which was nice.
Expected more for the price.
