bad - manager when i was there was later fired for being such a -----. washer/dryer was crap, military boys were loud and always drunk, hot tub always in use, parking in a PAID FOR covered spot rarely happened. i paid over $1000/mo. to live here and it was probably worth about $600/mo. at the most.
good - the scenery.

This publication is a phoney. And even though old, it's still clearly erroneous. The property ownership and management changed in 2000. But the on site manager has never been changed since 1999. No one has been fired, ask the manager hershelf, she's still there and still the best there is, as far as I'm concerned, but decide for yourself.
