This is our 3rd year here. Just renewed and we love it. It's a little more expensive than some others in the neighborhood but it's worth it. Management is the best. Never any bull about policy dictated by some far away, estranged management group who couldn't care less about what the on-site people want. We're always made to feel special. And the maintenance staff is "on the ball" and always courteous. There are a lot of military here but that seems to be a plus. Most seem to be officers, and, their influence seems to make the property more secure. We have a gorgeous view of Cheyenne Mountain and the pool, and we like the close proximity to old downtown shopping. Nothings perfect, but we are not looking for a house and this is about as good as it gets in apartment living, as compared to many others that we've rented in the past 15 years.
