Appearence wise, this is the best complex on the street, or anywhere close. We love the adjoining park where we can run our dogs. It also has a private BAR-B-Q area in the back that can be reserved for family affairs - really nice. We particularly like the military presence due to nearby Fort Carson, which lends an air of security with all the officers we see every day. We've had no problem with maintenance issues so we can't comment about that. And we love our apartment with a view of Cheyenne Mountain. Parking is never a problem, the lack of which caused us to move from our last place. In all our dealing with the manager she has always been respectful, friendly and helpful, I can't imagine why anyone would think poorly of her - but everyone has a bad day I guess.
