I lived there for 4 years and never paved the pot holes or even really put any money in to the apartments. I complained about certain problems with the property and all they did was nod and take my rent. The management is extremly lazy but they will show you a friendly face. If you can FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE! Don't think that you'll see your deposit back because you won't. They tell you that your getting a deal, it's just to make up for lack of managment because ------- is never there.

Well we moved in a few months ago. Now that the snow is melting, no pot holes have revealed themselves. I think the management staff is anything but lazy. I've found that they are not interested in hearing our complaints (which have been few) but anxious to take car of them. We are made to feel welcome anytime we enter the clubhouse. We love it here.

I'm not the MORON that has no life, but to examine and disect this site. Wait till you move out and until then don't leave a comment until you have experienced the whole thing FACTSMAN. The rating for this apartment can not be wrong if others have commented on the same things that I have FACTSMAN. If you believe those other generic comments like the stupid door decorating comment, you are an idiot and not a FACTSMAN. It's not that I don't want other people living there, people can live anywhere they want and if you think that my comment is going to have such an impact like this then you are an idiot. Really I couldn't care about the apartments, I get a stupid e-mail just like yours and I leave a comment so you have a reason to keep going. I won't comment again because I don't want to hurt your feelings anymore then I already have, MANWITHOUTFACTS

Something is very strange about this publication. Please note that it is dated 2-15-09, yet the same poster - self identified as "eddy 06", has also posted a comment on it dated back on 8-13-08! And there is an initial comment preceding it dated on 3-16-08. This "eddy06", who might be better described as "the lone haranger" can be seen to have repeatedly placed negative commentary on this Website (twice on 6-25-07, once on 2-15-08 & 3-16-08, and again twice on 2-15-09), and who knows how often he or she has changed her "handle" from "eddy06" relative to other negative comments made on this Website? This kind of disgruntled "revenge seeker" is doing everyone a disservice in their continuing rant. And the Website itself is contributing to this obvious confusion and disinformation by mixing up the proper date sequences - which on their face are blatently erroneous. The irony is that "eddy06" continues to enjoy living at this complex but apparently doesn't want anyone else to. What a moron.

This is complicated. But, you know what? I think I have figured this out. I reviewed a prior publication comment made by "eddyo6" which seemed strange because of its being out of sequence. And, in that re bublication it worked to wipe out her old one. I also noticed that a much older publication by "eddy06", which was reproduced here under a current date, complete with a prior censure by the Website for her prior use of an "identifying" person's name. As that violates the terms of this Website; and, which was done by deleting that person's name and leaving in its place, a "blank", denoted by a space bar. And this discovery is reaffirmed by the fact that now, "eddy06", in making comment to her own re publication here, has, as a consequence, wiped out her prior adverse comment to the original posting, which was dated Aug. 13, 08 - as clearly it's no longer here. But hey, after reading her last embittered replacement comment above, "I think she doeth Protest too much" with respect to her objection to the "Moron" label, and, the fact that she has no life beyond her haunt of this Website. I can't wait to hear the inevitable trash talk she'll have to say about me, despite her last defiant promise to quit posting here. That'll be the day. Some people will abuse almost anything designed to be helpful to others, such as some intended intelligent information for an out of the area apartment shopper visiting this Website, to whom I would give this advice: Pay no attention at all to publications and comments from "eddy06", & look for her to change her user name to "Anonymous" in the future in an new attempt to gain credibility.
