I lived in the Meadows. No Problems for me. A great and quiet place to live. The maintenance staff fixed my problem in a timely manner and was professional. The management staff was concerned about there customers and very helpful. I RECOMMEND THE MEADOWS!!!

I lived there from 2003-2005 and it was never quiet there. The residents knew the office hours and would blast their music and have loud parties spilling out onto the stairwells during times the management was not around. Whenever I explained the problem to the management, they shrugged their shoulders and claimed there was nothing they could do about it. People detailed their cars in the parking lot, with music blaring and car doors wide open. The maintenance staff took 3 times to fix one very serious problem I had with my kitchen sink, and two other maintenance calls were never performed, even after multiple requests were made. I don't know what actually contributes to the basis for the inconsistency in the experiences at this apartment complex, but I do know that the residents who "partied" with the maintenance staff, and brought them "goodies" seemed to be shown favoritism.

Talk about raining on someone's parade. I thought this above comment from "depositless" was peculiar, until I read through several more comments he or she has made regarding this property in the past. Check out the last one of a series as posted on 12-5-06. Apparently this disgruntled person is forever vindictive or simply doesn't have a life, except to haunt this Web Site and harrass this property, for years over an old grievence of doubtful merit, considering other responses that repudiate it. But it appears that the last sentence of this comment discloses that rather than any real complaint about the property or its services, its the jelousies this person harbors that is at the root of his/her problem. After doing my research, as afforded by this Web site, and visiting the property and making my own assessment I took out a lease and have thoroghly enoyed my experience here. It does pay to be nice to the management and service staff anywhere, but its even better and more personal here. And I'm sure not worried about my deposit when I leave. As I know all about the many complainers, as being those who abuse the propery and then abuse those responsible who do not meet their expectations "to roll over" at their insistence. I say good for the staff if they do their job and look after the owner's interest in balancing the deposit issues. That's refreshing in today's world.
