Lived there from Jan 06 to Mar 07. Did have any major problems with them. The staff was always available during normal hours. Had one false complaint that there was loud music from my apartment when I didn't have a stereo. Could hear the people upstairs having sex because their bed kept hitting the wall and my bedroom was right underneath theirs! Another thing that when it was time for me to leave, they basically took most of my deposit to supposely paint the walls that didn't need any paint because I never hung any pictures and to steam clean the carpet. Called numerous time to find out about any balance that I was due but no one had an answer and so I gave up calling.
Other than that, it's a great place to stay and live. I loved my 1st floor apartment! They included a free covered parking place with the rent (make sure you ask for it). Last, be careful when it's time to leave, you might get little or none of your deposit back and have give them an forward address where to mail your deposit balance, if any!
