The area is nice and it is close to base. That is all the good things.

As some have said before, dont expect a deposit as these people are just in it for some money. Apartment prices seem to range depending on how much they feel like charging at the time.

The stairs to my apartment were rotting and had exposed rusting metal, asked to fix this multiple times and nothing has happend in over three years.

I would not recommend Military to live here, when you move you will get screwed. Yes it is close to base but well worth a little drive to live somewhere else.

OMG! A person who lived here 3 years ago is jumping on a new posting within a few days of it's appearence? Talk about having nothing to do but nurse an old wound and haunt a Web Site forever - this person should get a life. While it is true that this complex had a remedial construction defect which was limited to the 3rd floor landings (because they were not covered and protected from the harsh elements that characterize this area), such report is nevertheless very old news. Each and every one of those landings were, as needed, completely remodeled, including new plumbing to efficiently remove any water accumulating on them. And, the last one was done over a year ago. And insofar as any of those landings might have ever been temporarily considered a safety issue, they were duly posted and roped off during the course of their reconstruction. The Military love it here. Check it out for yourselve. This posting, and the comment immediately following it, as posted within a few days of each other - after months of inactivity on this Web Site - are undoubtedly attributable to the same disgruntled person, and as identified in the comment as "depositless", can be seen to have posted here numerous times over the years. Why? And who really cares about her personal vendetta?

I agree, when I moved out three years ago, the stairs were rotting, and there was exposed rusting metal, and the concrete on the landings was pulverized. It was a real safety issue, especially for slipping on the loose concrete going down the stairs, and no one ever addressed it. In the winter, the water also puddles on the landings, and at some areas at the base of the stairs, and in the parking lot (especially around handicapped spots) and that's a huge hazard that never gets cleared away or even acknowledged.
