I lived at the Meadows for 4 years and never had a problem at all. I had pets so a pet fee and pet deposit were required as well as the rental deposit. Being a single man, living alone, with 2 dogs I received both of my deposits back very quickly and with no question or problems at all. My advice to those not receiving your deposit, take care of your residence. The only reason I can see that deposits are not returned is by trashing the place.
Moving around alot, I would reccommend The Meadows to any of my fellow collegues.

This sound's to dog and ponied up. These apartments have been known to write reviews about themselves, using this site. So if it sounds to good to be true, then it is.
