The office staff is under trained and terrible about returning phone calls, even in serious situations. The noise was terrible! We got the military discount and I feel our rent was still a little high. Addt'l storage would have been nice. The one bedroom has limited places to store things. We needed to move in fast and they did do that! If you don't mind the paper thin walls and the ditzy staff then this really isn't a bad place to temp. live. Would only recmd. this place for a military couple not wanting to live on post. My hubby was always on time to work. Drive time to gate three is approx. 5 mins (with traffic). This place is pretty safe also. I lived here alone while he was in Iraq for many months and never was scared.
