Mountain View is the worst apartment complex I have ever stayed at. The parking is horrible!! The pool/hot tub are ALWAYS closed. The staff is VERY unprofessional and have no clue what they are doing! My rent changed every month and I never received a statment even when requested many times that I didn't get one.
The exercise room isn't any bigger then a small restroom, the pool is always dirty, and the price for rent is way to high, seeing how the quality of the apartment is very low. We had maintenance over atleast once a week. They let our dog out and said it wasn't them and then couldn't find him. All of our appliances were falling apart. It was horrible!! Our neighbors were very loud and when you reported it.. they wouldn't do anything!! Many cars were vandalized when we were there. The manager is a nasty lady who is too lazy to take care of any problems at the apartment.
If you are thinking about Mountain View I would suggest NOT!! It is a nightmare from the start... they kiss your butt from the start and as soon as you sign your lease... they are nasty to you!!
Also, they extended our contract an extra 2 months because they were mad that we were leaving... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE.... STAY AWAY!!!!!

I moved to Mountain View around the time they had a new property manager start and she is great! Noproblems with her or the staff, so far everything is going great and I really like the apartments. It sounds to me that maybe this person was the problem and not the staff, I feal sorry for what ever apartments they moved in to and who ever has to put up with them.
