My husband and I moved here about a year and a half ago, bad choice. He had just been stationed at Ft. Carson, and we were in a hurry to find a place to live - this was the first and only place we looked and in haste we signed a lease and moved in. We realize we could have avoided being so unhappy had we looked at other complexes, but the damage is done. The apt. we were shown was great, the apt. we moved into was something out of a horror movie. It was filthy and smelled terribly. The shelving in the all of the closets was unstable and one actually fell. After repeated attempts to get something done about it, my husband fixed it himself, with money out of our pocket. We have had a LOT of problems too numerous to mention, especially noise. The reason we still live here, in case you were wondering, is because when our lease was up we were put through the ringer and they make it very difficult to leave even when your lease is expired, however, we are leaving very soon. We write this in hopes that other people wont make the mistake of choosing these apts as their home.

No ONE can make you stay any were you dont want to, if you are that unhappy than just leave, and if you have to pay any extra money trust me if YOU ARE THAT UN HAPPY YOU WILL PAY WHAT YOU HAVE TO.So stop your nagging, get over it, and buy your own house.
