Not what it seems

Staff seems friendly until you actually move in there & then the attitudes come out. One maintenance person actually had an attitude when asked for a work order. The clubhouse is old & the heater is so loud, you can barely hear your own thoughts. Also, the model apt. I was shown was actually pretty nice, unlike the actual apt. However, it wasn't a total bust. The apt. I moved into had a few problems & the washer & dryer in the unit wasn't really new. Appliances are a bit older, as well. The exterior of the apt's are older & could use some painting. Also, the buildings are so tight & close together, it's hard to maneuver in the parking. Also, only allowed 1 assigned parking slot. Any extra cars must be parked in guest parking. This place is cheaper than some apt's around the area, but you get what you pay for. I would only recommend this place if the other nicer ones (Meadows, Village @ Westmeadow, Cheyenne Crossing) are completely full.

Yeah thats what happens with parking when you live in an apartment home.....Buy a house and get over it. I love Mountain View and so far it has been the best I have lived at.
