We'll, my husband and I just moved here in the middle of Jan. and it was a mistake from the very first month.
The Large 1/1 is extremely small. The nice thing is that we had new carpet, but now it is just dirty because it is totally white.
The office staff is horrible, they are the biggest ------- in the world.
We had to call the AIMCO company to put in a complaint about our tub leaking into the apartment below us, and it didn't even get fixed until 2 months later when the bathroom below us got flooded from taking 1 bath. Our wall in our "walk-in closet" still has not been fixed!
The kitchen and cabinets are ugly and small, and the washer and dryer are so old, I rather wash my laundry by hand, the washer leaves a disgusting smell on your clothes you have to wash twice! And the dryer, take 2 70min cycles just to almost dry clothes.
The walls are thin, and the eletric bill is insane because you pay eletric, plus water and sewage and trash with your rent! None of the ulitilies are included.
We are by the pool and the weekend is horrible. There are DRUNK G.I.'s everywhere, and they beat their wives infront of children and puke all over the concrete, and stay out late (like 2:00 am). My husband and I work on weekends, and we never get adequate sleep.
We are expecting our first baby, and we need to move to a bigger apartment or new apartment community, and they wont let us leave without paying approx. $3000 to get out of the lease we are in! This place is the WORST place to live. I recommend saving your time and money and looking for a place that cares.

Dont listen to this crazy girl....Office staff is alwyas smiling and very polite. BUY A HOUSE AND GET OVER YOUR SELF.

I totally agree with you, I wish I had kept looking. The only reason we moved here is because my husband is army and wanted to be close to the base. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!

TO ----- 1...The place is nothing but pure scum!! It also sounds as if this is a manager or staff person writing this review. I left after living there for about 3.5 months I am a school teacher, and I just have to let you know that...you mispelled always and that your self is a compound word and spelled...yourself. I paid the extra rent to leave after 3.5 months. I just thank God we had a savings account we were able to use for the extra expense. THE PLACE IS A DUMP!!

I hated this place. My husband and I moved in in December but we weren't able to get the apartment right away. It took them 3 days to get the apartment clean before we could move in. The neighborhood is fine although the walls are paper thin. I heard every step from the people upstairs, not to mention the random sex they had with women and the arguments with each other. We broke the lease because they decided to charge us rent and cash our security deposit at the same time. We didn't have enough money and they weren't willing to work with us at all. Very disappointing.

No matter you take on this apartment complex or the people running it. I feel there is a betterway to get your point across with out being so rude...you can what what you want just do it gracefully.
