the person on here that said that the office staff acted like they were above you was right on....i refused to go in there cause i was so sick of their attitudes, and we had problems with them, like the time that we renewed our lease, and they affered us a gift...we chose the home depot gift card, and got it....about a whole year later, their excuse was that the person who's job that is had a heart attack...but, there is no reason why all the other people couldn't of gotten them, they just didn't want to be bothered.....i was even yelled at my the staff, and told that i was lying about something..to my face...the maintenance staff would just go right on in and work, and when i'd wake up and walk in there, i'd get a "oh, we knocked" whatever.......i had them almost let my cat and or dog out, and that would have been bad. and it took numerous the parking wasn't bad, just when others would park in your spot, and you'd have to drive around and look for a spot, cause someone was having a party. the rent was rather high....only should live there if you are army, since they charge so much since it is close to ft carson.
