I consider myself a considerably picky person. My husband and I moved in here in November of 2008 and not only was I very pleased with my apartment but management is great. We lived in the upstairs 1 bed 1 bath and loved the spaciousness and coziness,love the vaulted cielings, the walk-in closet, and the fire place and built in bookshelf! We always got compliments on our apartment from our guests. It is about five minutes from Fort Carson which was really convinient for me and my husband, because we run back and forth to base alot! Whenever we needed to call management for anything they were very expedient in fixing things...I clogged my garbage disposal and they were there shortly after I called...I broke my towl rack they came within 30 minutes...I broke one of my bathroom drawers and they fixed it good as new by the next day...nothing was too small of a job. It was a great value for our money. Very clean and well kept. The only complaint is parking. We have two vehicles and each resident is assigned only one space. If you have guests they may have to park quite a ways away to find guest parking. This parking issue did suck, and I did have an annoyingly nosey neighbor, he was friendly and I'm sure he meant well, but man was he nosey, lol, but the positives most certainly did out weigh the negative.
