I rented an apt with primo management and they are the worst landlord you can ever have. I would never recommend renting any property from them. The office never answers the calls and it takes ages to get any maintainence done. Its been 2 months since i vacated my apt and they haven't yet returned my security deposit. They have changed their name to Wockhart management or something...they rent a lot of apartments on Murray hill, cleveland. Dont ever rent an apartment from them and if you decide to then be ready to bear a lot of money loss!

Whoever gave this review is confused.First off,this property has never been managed by,"Primo Management,"or,"Wockhart."The Murray Hill Apts. have been managed by the same company for the last 7 years.The 2 companys this guys talking about i've never heard of, and i've been in the buisness over 25 years.From the sound of it this guys talking about someplace in cleveland..."they rent a lot of apts. on Murray hill,cleveland." Here in Colorado Springs,the Murray Hill Apts. aren't on a hill at all. Their at the corner of Galley and Murray w/flatland all around(although you can see Cheyenne,Pikes Peak and others of the Rocky Mountains at least 10 miles off in the distance) ?

The person that created this review is an idiot!
I live at Murray Hill Apartments (Colorado Springs) and I have found my stay here quite pleasing. the Maintenance guys are great and the office Manager Sandra is very friendly and inviting. I would appreciate if someone is going too write a review for an apartment, Make sure you are writing it for the right one. Because this idiot sure didnt.
