this place is a nightmare cops are here almos everyother night the neighors are very loud during all hours of the night the cockroaches ar5e horible i found three different kinds they spary for roaches but the bug spray is about as effective as watered down vingar the staff is constantly changing we have gone through 4 leasing agents just in the ast 10 months the outlets in all of the walls are upside down and the plugs tend to fall right out of the socket the windows are just barely secure the toilet was broken for weeks and we had to ghetto rig it just so we could use it no one has shown up to fix it yet the stove in my unit will electricute the poor fellow who tres to clean it again this was reported a month ago and no one has come to ix it the matanice guys have no idea what they are doing the washing machine do not work i have to go to the coin laundry or wash the clothes in my bath tub. OH and to top it off the water smells a little like sewage please do not rent here you will regret it this is a terry ragan apartment and he by definition is a slum lord
