DO NOT rent at this apartment complex. We had the displeasure of living here for four years. The buildings are barely maintained, and the maintenance that they do receive is poor at best. The place has a reputation with the Police Dept. as being one of the worst in the area. The management hassles the tenants who are not Mexican about little things, but lets the -------- get away with allowing their small children to run screaming up and down the hallways, sometimes after 11:00 pm. While there, I had to call the police several times - the place seems to be a haven for the comission of domestic violence. The staff there is extremely unprofessional. The manager who was there when we left spent most of her day sitting in the "clubhouse" watching TV. She was rude (unless you were Mexican) and totally incompetent. But, she was young and pretty, so I guess that makes up for it.

If any of your major appliances stops working (fridge, stove, dishwasher, A/C), be prepared for them to drag a filthy one out of another apartment as a replacement. One of the buildings had mushrooms growing out of the carpet in the hallway, and the roaches are disgusting. The place is cheap, and you certainly get what you pay for.

I agree I lived there for 1 year and could not stand it! My boyfriend at the time was asthmatic and he had a bad attack from all of the mold!!
