I have to agree that Management is not professional at all. She is rude to everyone and she is never in the office. When the property used to be under Dunmiere it was great but now that they are under Weidner and Cindy is the manager it has gone down hill. I will be moving out SOON. They are currently making improvements (Supposedly) in the landscape and other areas but it is a real eyesore to look at. Management does not notify anyone of changes until the changes are already taking place. For example, the laundry facility in Building C will be closed so that the Management can have a bigger office. Those who live in Bldg. C were never notified that this was taking place. One weekend early in the morning I strolled downstairs to do my laundry and there were no washer or dryers. I was never told about this. When I spoke to maintenance they told me that Bldg. C would no longer have a laundry facility and would have to fight for the two washers and dryers in the other 3 Bldgs. It would be nice if we were notified prior to the changes. Then the water has been leaking from the sprinkler system since this summer and they still have not been fixed. Therefore, the tenants (lucky us) are having to pay triple on their water bill. It's is ridiculous how these apartments have gone down since Weidner took over. If at all possible stay away from these apartments. Especially if you don't like being treated with disrespect. The management is only concerned with receiving money from their tenants but nothing else. They don't care if you need anything fixed and they don't care if you've been there a long time.
