I only rented at Palo Verde for 5 months, but because of deployment, I had to leave. I was satisfied overall with the complex. They honored the military clause unlike some other complexes I know of.
The noise control at times was not the greatest, and it was difficult to get maintenance needs taken care of, but overall it's an OK place to live, at least it was on the 3rd Floor.
