1 Year of living in this DUMP

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Id like to say 3 things about this apartment complex in the year I lived there,

1. Ghetto ( You know like Crinshaw in Compton)
2. In 1 year Time 2 Suicides, 1 Rape and 3 shootings.
3. You decide, Place is under new managment because the Old Manager was Assulted in the parking lot and quit.

Owners are up in Denver, the biggest scumlords in Colorado.
