Nice apartments in a great location flawed by obtuse, confrontational manager and owner. Seemingly determined to have the highest vacancy rate in Colorado Springs, they act as though everyone should feel privliged to reside there and become defensive at any reasonable complaint. Not worth the trouble, and it's too bad...this could be one of the very nicest places in town to live, in the right hands.
