This is a seriousy terrible place to live. I would never reccomend it to anyone. The front desk workers are not very helpful. I have called in numberous times to ask questions and thye NEVER call me back when I leave a message. When I come in with an issue or concern they just seem annoyed that I'm asking them to do something. They are not polite to me at all. Beyond that, the complex seems perfectly nice during the day. At night there are parties and tenents fighting with each other making noise. I never felt very safe.

Additionally, Park Ridge Apartments hired a roofing company to redo the roof ont he of the buildings last summer. Unfortunately, the company did not finish in time and it poured rain - right in to my apartment on the second floor. They told me that there was NOTHING they could do. My carpet was soaking wet, the drywall and ceiling was water damaged. It smelled like mildew and mold for the remainder of my time living there.

When I tried to get Park Ridge Apartments to get someone over to fix it, all they did was fan off the carpet, replace some of the carpet pad and mud the damaged wall. It still smelled like mold and asking a contractor, the contractor said that this was cutting some serious corners.

Meanwhile they didn't care that my bedrom was unusable. They would not allow me to pay for a single bedroom instead of a double bedroom, since that was what I was living with. With personal problems going on at the same time, I took this opportunity to get the heck out of this place. Again, they were VERY rude to me throughout this whole process.

Lastly, when we were going through this whole process a boss from california flew out to check everything out. I over-heard him calling me annoying because of my persistance in not being taken advantage of.

I hated my experience at this place.
My apartment was poorly painted as well.
