Can hear everytime tenant above me moves around even when walking light footed. The grounds are poorly lighted and over grown shrubs and trees partly block way. Parkmoor Village is a large corperation that shows little concern or well being for tenants struggling to keep up with rent because of unemployment. In short, they just wan't there money.
