Parkmoor Village Apartments

They say first impressions count... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   ...and I'm impressed!! I think I got a deal living here! I did my share of apt hunting in CO Springs and to live in a place like my apt, you'd be paying $700 or more, but I feel I'm getting more than my money's worth. The buildings are older, but well kept. When I moved in my apt, I had brand new appliances, carpet, linoleum floors, and the countertops have been resurfaced. It was like I moved into a brand new place. The AC works like a charm. The grounds look great and beautifully landscaped!!! Love the pool!! I'm only paying $610 for my one bedroom with a den that has a wet bar (which you can make an extra bedroom if you really wanted to). I believe I'll enjoy my stay here, b/c I'm loving it so far! They also put your utilities all on one bill, which wasn't even near as much as my electric bill from my previous apartment, and that's good!
