if you would like your car to be broken into on multiple ocasions or never have a owned a gun i don't reccomend it here. never open your door until you know who it is. people leave bags of ---- on your doorstep. drug and hooker activity is very high. etc. etc.

I own a condo @ Sierra Pt next door & this is true. Too many non-screened renters have no respect for the rights & property of others. I have the non-emergency cop phone number on my speed dial.
