I currently live in these apartments and I do not have any problems. The maintnence crew are friendly and always get the job done quickly. I have lived here for about five years and have done so because I feel safe here in this community. When I first moved here I was a single female and safety was important to me, now I am a mom and feel that is a safe place to live with my husband and newborn. The parking lots are well lit and all entryways are lighted, the walkways throughout the community are well lit. The best advice I can give is check it out, These are affordable, spacious apartments in a safe community located close to shopping, a hospital, and Palmer Park. Great location. The office staff are freindly and go out of their way to make residents happy. What more could you ask for in apartment living.
