I doubt it's changed much since I lived there. The maintenance and other staff were wonderful. It's a short walk to beautiful Palmer Park. The apartments are well-kept. Sure, a little old-fashioned and more noise than you want if you live downstairs versus upstairs. But it was safe, convenient, and just a short walk for groceries, for prescriptions, for a doctor, for great car care, etc. The grounds are well-kept also, and every apt. has a covered parking space. Lots of mature people there. Maybe not the best place for kids and young singles, but others have got to appreciate the management, the grounds, and the prices for square footage. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
