Parkmoor Village Apartments

Loved living at PMV & REALLY miss the neighbors & all the staff! From: AAPrzymus Date posted: 6/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008   My husband and I lived at Parkmoor for about 4 years. The apartments are older but in good condition, every time something fell apart, i.e. my dishwasher, my dining room ceiling lamp and at one time the toilet lids, ALL got brand new replacements! I LOVED it there. The apartment staff was simply awesome, the best set of ladies in the office I have ever dealt with. They excel because they will not put up with insufficient renters. They are always willing to work with you no matter the situation, you just have to be willing to be honest and work with them back! The maintenance crew was always friendly and helpful and often willing to help me with weird random stuff.... like one morning I had a flat tire and I was out in my work clothes trying to change my tire... here comes one of the guys and did it for me! Another time it was a GIANT box from Kohls that we received for our wedding, heavy and huge, they carried it up the stairs for me! What sweethearts! When they had the time they were always willing to help with just about anything. The two pools are a blast and always kept clean. The yard is beautiful! They did a great job matching us up with people we would get along with in our hallway. And although my husbands vehicle did get broken into 4 times while we lived there I know the staff did everything in their power to prevent such acts of vandalism, even to the point of loaning us a second car port for as long as they could to prevent it happening again. I truly think it is the best place to live in the area. Open spaces, great prices and friendly, organized staff. Don't pass it up, it is one of the best places you will ever live. We will truly and completely miss the Parkmoor Village Community.
