I lived here for 1 year and could not wait to move out, I had roaches and they stole rent money applying it to lawyers fees and then not only that but they charged me Laywer late fees(which I did not pay) no heat and was during winter months. Manager agreed to accept rent then files eviction on me. Fire Dept has been out to find faulty equipment, gas leaks,Mold and this is in several building. and still as to this date as far as I know its still a bad place to live.

To this day they are attempting to collect Lawyer and lawyer late fees which I know to be against the law,they lost there own eviction due to the fact that the falisfed documents and I had recpiects to prove my Rent was paid. I once even got a notice on my door for for demand or give up property for Lawyer and late lawyer fees.
if you look at rent.com they show you a park for the kids which is actually a city park.

Oh yeah let me let you know this since I did not give them a 30 day notice they are attempting to charge me for a months rent when my lease was up.
I paid 779.00 for a 2 bedroom with no heat and carbon monoixde leaking.CSU told them they need to get a licsenced person before heaters could be turned on and there unlicensed maint. tech turned it back on without consluting CSU

something must be done... I have connected the BBB and if you live there to or looked at these places.
