I have seen this place continue to go down hill since i have lived here, the apartment is advertising that they are trying to improve but the only thing they are improving are the cabinets and the kitchens, for the 150 dollars a month extra you still get roaches, poor maint. and horrible staff. they try to kill renters by lighting the furnices after being told by the utility company that it must be repaired by a mech 4 lic. person. A friend of mine here is in the address confidentiality program and they knew about it and they filed an eviction on her because Catholic Charities was paying her rent but wasnt doing it fast enough for there pleasure. so they put her information on public record exposing her to a murderer who has bail and can find her. the wall sockets wont hold plugs, they say they dont allow pets but there are cats and dogs all over the place. they advertise on for rent.com the play ground which isnt their's it belongs to the city, their's is in peices, they show nice garages on the same web site but their garages are not the same, run down with holes in the roofs and doors falling apart. they also show there laundry rooms having multiple washers and dryers but thats not true either. the laundry rooms say they open at 830 and close at 5 but i have had to wait some days till after 10 am to open and have been at the laundry room at 430 and found it locked. the closet doors in the kids room fell off the first day and hit one of my kids, i put it on the move in check list and it has yet to be repaired. there is so much more but there is no sense in beating a dead horse, i was warned about a terry ragan apartment but decided to give this so called new and improved place a chance, boy was i wrong voters need to do the right thing and make laws that not only put men like this out of business but put them in jail for being slum lords
