Pine Creek Village Apartments

Complaint From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/11/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000 1 response   This apartment complex is one of several apartments that are bad in the Colorado Springs market. If you like violence, bad neighbors, constant car breakins, random maintenance breaks-ins and ---- roach infested apartments, then this is the place for you. Oh, let me mention also, that if you put a deposit down, don't plan on getting it back. As a matter of fact, plan on paying more than you ever imagined. I've spoke with several other residents that no longer live at Pine Creek Village and not one has received their deposit back. I also spoke with a former employee of Pine Creek Village who stated that the Owner personally told her, not to give any deposits back at all. Avoid this place as if it was the plague.
