To whom it may concern, When ever you move into an apartment you should do a move in check list and take before and after pictures and document everything. Especially when you live in a Terry Regan apartment. When my lease was up and I moved out they charged me for everything on my move in check list and some. Little did they know I had a copie of everything and pictures. When I went to court I pulled out all my proof and the judge threw it out. Terry Regan properties are a joke and they don't care about the residence.
