I advise never moving here, roaches, gun shots, loud music, perverted maintenance, lazy maintenance, stupid staff that does not care about maintenance requests. Never expect to have anything in your home work, always expect to live with different insects. They rip you off with the electricity they make you pay for. They say a certain amount and will ALWAYS be more then what is expected. Crack heads, and prostitues. Break ins. Just all in all a horrible place to live. Its true.....Lazy maintenance, is right. One of the water pipes broke inside of my apartment, right above my cupboards in my kitchen, it took them three days to come and fix it because none of the lazy maintenance men wanted to do it. Then Terry Reagan came and fixed it with a piece of bread...yea, you heard me...a piece of bread that he bought from me for $1.00. then he sealed the still broken pipe back up with drywall.
Then, a month or so later, my son flushed something down the toilet and it kept overflowing, I called the maintenance man..."Manny" and it took him a week to come and fix it. After my whole toilet had been replaced...they charged ME, $118 for a NEW toilet. If I am being charged for that....I am going to take it with me. I legally own it!!!
A VERY VERY Horrible place to live! Besides, we now have cocroaches after the people above us moved out and they have sprayed something in our apartment but the raches are still here!!!! Nasty Roach Motel!!!!
