I lived at Pine Creek Village for LESS than a month. I was 9.5 months pregnant when we moved in.

I have to say at first I was excited because the model apartment they showed me was nice. Then what I got as my OWN apartment was the nastiest crack ----- house I had ever seen. The carpet was so dirty it crunched when you walked on it. The first thing I saw were cockroaches running around the floor. The walls were colored on, no windows had screens, half the tile in the bathroom was missing, it smelled as if someone had literally DIED in there. There is so much more wrong with this I could write for days.

So I went to the office to tell them to shove the apartment up their you know what when they said they would move me to a different one. This one wasn't bad it smelled decent nothing seemed to be broken and I saw no cockroaches.

BIG MISTAKE TO MOVE THERE! The night I moved in my walls were just covered in baby roaches then the big ones came. I kept calling about this problem and they said they "sprayed". Then everything started breaking, there was still trash left in my bathtub they never cleaned up, I was on the bottom floor and it was completely molded halfway up the wall. Our neighbors smoked so much pot it filtered into my apartment, the cops were always there, crackheads knocking on my door in the early hours of the morning. ..

The management were more worried about people have pets than they were about people who were smoking crack on their porches or breaking into peoples cars. The maintenence SUCKED. I got nothing fixed what so ever.

So I never came back to my apartment after my child was born. I threatened to take them to court after having some pretty nasty altercations with a property manager whose name I can't remember, almost breaking their office door. After I said I was going to sue them if they did not take me off the lease they just pretended like I never lived there.

Haven't heard from them since I will tell ANYONE who asks about that place that they were better to live under the Nevada Bridge.

I guess your review was correct after reading about the killings in the newspaper today.
