Yo!

Literally the worse place ever

moving into this complex was the worse idea I ever had, it was my first apartment and I didnt do enough research to begin with. Not to mention my roommate although I love her to death is a push over and frightens easily, so she was pretty much bullied into our lease while I was at work. The first apartment they moved us into had a beautiful view off the balcony, of a peaceful cemetary. The apartment had clearly not been cleaned whatsoever, there was animal feces encrusted in the carpet and the entire apartment smelled like amonia. I went the next day to the office and chewed the manager out. SHe moved us into a much nicer apartment, but much nicer doesn't go a long way for this place. I should have known right away it was a big mistake to stay here. When we moved into the second apartment the stove and air conditioning didnt work, it was the middle of july on top of that, we went in and called day after day to try and get the maintenance to come fix the ac, they finally fixed it in december, not like it was needed then. On top of that they had a habit of breaking open water pipes that run under the cracked up parking lot, then they were chargin us almost 100 dollars a month for utilities and I believe we were paying close to 700 a month for a 490 a month whole. I am glad to say we didnt have issues with bugs, but we were afraid after 4 ppl died within a three week time period 3 of which were murdered across from our building and one which passed in the apartment below us. We kept count and noticed that police visited on a daily basis. My neighbors truck was stolen right in front of his apartment, we had people randomly coming to our door asking to use our phones or asking to borrow money and it was disturbing, we were ripped off and made fools of. Terry regan was gone after by the city to bring his complexes up to code which he did barely. I admit I made a bad choice, my excuse is, I was 18 and raising hell only got me so far, threatening sue didnt get me as far as I needed. Glad to say never going back, only issue is they cause problems for me when I try to rent other places.

Not only would I not recommend this apartment to a friend, I wouldnt recommend this apartment complex to a person I had a great hatred and disregard for.
