I just moved here last week we are a military family and the place sounded good and they kept tellin me rent was 540 i asked more them once when i got here all of a sudden they said we had to pay 640..we had no other choice cuz we just drove from jersey and had no where to go..We are supposed to have all new stuff and we dont the window is crACKED AND WORST OF ALL THERE IS ROACHES...im a very clean person so i am disgusted....The people up front are NO help u call them a million times and still no help.. If you are smart YOu would NOTTTT stay here!!!! I was told no to believe these review on here but i should of!

Hey that apartment complex is black listed by the military so if I were you I would go to legal and see if there is anything you can do to get out of the lease...I think all you have to do is prove that its not safe I know that wasnt up to code when I lived there three years ago and I know its still not up to code or contact a lawyer bc if you stay there it will be complete hell the whole time

thats true you do not want to rent at this place, i worked in the management staff position and from inside i can tell you nothing will be done. the owner terry ragan who "apparently" is worth $60 million, doesn not plan to put any of those millions to work for anyone else other than himself. he has his own people, not certified let alone qualified doing all the work. his own waste man, his own pest control guy which is not even real chemicals. management has no say to say or anything to help.
