As a renter here, I recommend renting a townhome or condo. At least you get a garage with it and A LOT more room for your money. And not so many people compact into one building. You would think the owner would put some money back into there renters, especially when they are pulling in an average of 273,000.00 a month which figures into about 3.3 Million a year. With the non-existant apartment workers and office staff and probably a non-existant salary they could put some more effort into running a nicer complex. The lawn is filled with Dog crap, worthless for anything else. The extra lawn should be turned into MORE parking lots/spaces. Parking is a mess, come by at about 7pm when everybody has come home from work and then several more hours later. NO PARKING SPOTS. People are parking in no parking zones because there is no parking. The garages that you can rent for extra is over charged. We have received a notice already that several garages have been broken into and to please check if anything is missing. Our buildings WATER pipes have burst and so since winter, every month, they have at least shut the water off to the WHOLE building twice a month for hours at a time. The apartment heaters don't have filters and they REQUIRE filters before they are ran. It took Pinnacle 3 months before they put in a cheap filter for their heater. Bug problems on the third floor still. Dogs swim in the pool. The surrounding neighborhood uses the pool and hot tub. Key keeps getting stuck in the door. Dishwasher is built too close to the corner cabinet so it won't open. Had to fix that problem by unscrewing the dishwasher and angling it out so the door could open to put dishes in. The showers angle towards the floor so when you come out of the shower there is a nice big puddle of water on the floor. We still have cable/phone and utilities connection problems because of damages to the cables in the walls. OF Course the STAFF will deny all of this. The best way to find out for yourself is just go door knocking around here BEFORE you rent. Find out for yourself. ALL of us renters talk to each other and I have found that we are ALL very willing to talk about the problems we are having with PINNACLE and the staff.
