Horror story! All true! Don't move in!

Where do I begin...the story behind this complex is that it was originally supposed to be a condo complex, but the person went bankrupt and they just sat. The city was anxious to start making $ off of the property, so Terry Regan came in and retro-fitted them as apartments and the city overlooked tons of code violations. NOW, the city won't accept responsibility for the code violations, which means neither does the apartment complex. The night we moved in, our bedroom ceiling started leaking and leaked every time it rained for 4 months. We even had to call the fire department because we were afraid the ceiling was going to cave in, and because the leasing office accidentally forgot to turn on the emergency line. We had to sleep in our living room (of our 1 bedroom) apartment for 4 months until I got so nasty they decided to move us to another building. Not to mention, when they were making repairs, one of their "contractors" stole 2 necklaces that were given to me by my mother. Parking is a nightmare and I found out via the police blotter that a felon was living and arrested 1 building over from us. The ladies who work in the office are tramps and incompetent, at best. I am sure that we will be screwed out of our deposit for some ungodly reason. The walls are patched with paint, we had water collect in the walls between the wall and paint, the tile in the kitchen is cracked, the laundry room is TINY and you can t wash more than 2 pairs of jeans at a time, and the kitchen is tiny. Not to mention that there is literally no storage space at all for food, dishes or any closet space. The pool usually has broken beer/liquor bottles everywhere, when it is actually working, and the mail kiosk is constantly destroyed. There is NO snow removal, and I even missed a day of work because I couldn't get out because they don't plow! It's filthy and the only way to get anything is to sink to their level and be just as awful as they are. The rent is obscene and it has been the worst experience of my life. Don t ever live there or ANY property owned by Terry Regan!
