This place is such a joke. They made us out to be liars on TV. They never fixed the damage done in the apartments. When I say damage I mean water damage and MOLD. They painted over it and then made it look like they did something else just to get the code enforcment off their back. Code enforcment lets them get away with it. If they would do their job maybe this would not be an issue, but it is. My husband and I were sick the whole time we lived here which was one year. Our poor dogs were even sick because of a parasite called girardia. That was caused because maintenance did not pick up the grounds, probably because they were to busy painting if you konow what i mean. Anyway if you care about your health and your pets health don't move here. there is a lot more to say if you have questions feel free to e mail me @ ladybug_777_18@yahoo.com I will answers any wuestions you may have.Oh yes and one more thing if you are happy with breed restrictions such as no pits or rots, they have the restrictions but don't enforce. Even when a little girl was chased by one they did nothing. That is how much they care. Plus washer and dryers are small stackable ones, and for it being a gated community, the gates never close

Your TV story was not that bad. You did accomplish something. Code Enforcement protects this Owner in these circumstances to keep themselves out of trouble with their police department supervisors, the city manager and the city council. It's politics - pure and simple. I assure you... you WILL have additional problems with this management company in the future. If you do, call 660-3200 and tell your story to the guy who answers.
