Pinnacle was easily the worst living situation my family has been in. We could hear every step our neighbors made upstairs and every word our neighbors downstairs said. We complained about our neighbors who were having loud parties until 2 in the morning at least ten times to management and nothing happened excpet a warning. We were also mislead twice by the management, one time on changing apartments and the other on how much it would cast to go a month over our contract (they told us about $400 less than it actually was). The police are constantly there. When the child of a friend cut her foot on some glass in the hottub, he went to report it. Their response was, oh yeah, we heard there was glass there - it'll be taken care of soon. Not, hey! Maybe we should close up the hottub. One time my husband called with a question and the new lady who picked up the phone did not speak English. The parking was atrocious. There was dog feces everywhere. It was horrible and really should be investigated.
